Warranty

Intimidator, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, the electric motor if found to be defective in material and/or workmanship within two (2) years after date of sale to the original retail purchaser of a new eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle. This limited warranty is transferrable to a 2nd party if communicated and recorded by Intimidator. 

The eNVy drivetrain including gearbox carries a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of two (2) years or 1500 operational hours, whichever comes first after the date of sale to the original retail purchaser. Intimidator, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace without charge the transaxle if found to be defective in material or workmanship within two years of sale to the original retail purchaser of a new eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle. This limited warranty is transferrable to a 2nd party if communicated and recorded by Intimidator.

Intimidator, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any part covered by the warranty which is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship within two (2) years after date of sale to the original retail purchaser of a new eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle.  This limited warranty is transferrable to a 2nd party if communicated and recorded by Intimidator.

 

Batteries powering the eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle will carry a 1-year free replacement warranty from the date of purchase.  These warranty claims will be handled by the battery manufacturer, Interstate Battery.  Intimidator, LLC does not assume any warranty obligation, liability, or modification for this item.

Intimidator, LLC dealers will repair or replace, at Intimidator, LLC’s option, any defective part during the two-year warranty period.  The parts to be warranted must be defective in material and/or workmanship.  All replacement parts must be obtained from Intimidator, LLC in order to comply with this manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use or abuse of the product, or failure to follow the instructions contained in any owner’s manual for operation and maintenance.  This warranty also does not cover any vehicle that has been altered structurally, modified, neglected, improperly maintained, or used for purposes other than what the vehicle was designed for.  Also, this warranty does not cover physical damage to paint or finish, tearing or puncturing of upholstery material, corrosion, or defects in parts components or the vehicle due to fire, explosions or any other cause beyond Intimidator LLC’s control. This warranty also excludes failures resulting from; improper lubrications, improper charging, surface imperfections of fading caused by external stress, harmful cleaning solvents or fading; repairs made by an unauthorized repair center. Warranty does not apply to “wearable” items or items considered being part of normal maintenance.  “Wearable” items and normal maintenance components include but are not limited to; filters, sealants, lubricants, cosmetic damage, circuit relays/fuses, brake components and coolants.  Warranty does not cover personal loss items such as towing charges, mileage, rentals loss, pick-up and delivery fees, or loss of vacation/personal time. The customer must operate and maintain his/her machine within the proper guidelines of the owner’s manual.

It is the responsibility of the DEALER to register the eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle online for warranty within 30 days from the date of retail purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Any warranty issues or questions can be handled by your eNVy dealer, a part of Intimidator, LLC or at
